Formerly known as Poizinus.T, born Nthato Tebogo Thema, bread in Johannesburg (Soweto) Released his industry debut album, “Substantial” ,last year November 7th, 27 yrs to the day Tupacs posthumous album Makaveli was released. Started as a pre- teen rap battling in the sixth grade while being the only boy in the school choir. During grade 10 in high school started getting involved in the underground hiphop scene Took part in cyphers & performances at Kasi hiphop sessions, “Splash Jam, Slaghuis” Now his dropping a single titled M.O.B from the album, “The visuals are ready, the song is crazy, we tryna bring back that feeling in the music.”
Dropped his first official hiphop offering in 2012 titled, “Nyt Of Tha Son” Mentored into street rap by late Cape Town born Johannesburg based underground rap genius Problem Child aka Vusumzi Ngcukana. Has two songs featuring Fifi Cooper and has also worked with underground rap heavyweight Death Star (Trevor Lehhman) 33 year old Boston Media House Journalism post graduate, doing a learnership in film and television and has another job on the side. Passionate about making an impactful contribution through hiphop in urban youth culture.
Since 2020. Nthato has been trying his hand at creating impactful podcast content. Started a platform through AMPD Studios in Newtown Johannesburg. Called “Amp.biguous Ent” Current is working at IloveMelville.live radio as head of content and technical assistant. Also co-host host an Unsigned Music Chart Show, called “The Re-Up Top Ten Unsigned Music Chart Show” with Ntukza Hannabe previously recognized as 1 third of legendary rap group TearGas, currently working on dropping a new and strictly hiphop podcast previewing the top 10 Unsigned hip-hop artists nationally.
