My name is King Donna, and I am an independent artist from the Eastern Cape & I’m reaching out to share my latest album, CONTINUUM: Hustle & Heritage, which officially released this past August. Given your platform’s incredible track record for championing local urban talent and culture, I believe this project will strongly resonate with your audience.
CONTINUUM: Hustle & Heritage is a versatile sonic journey that seamlessly bridges HipHop, Afro-pop, and Kwaito. The project explores the daily grind of the hustle while maintaining a deep respect for our cultural roots.
The focus track for this release is “Amayeza” (featuring PariCix), a standout record that perfectly captures the energy and core message of the album.
The full project features an incredible lineup of vocal talent, including Gxarha, Kae Wax Rsa, PjayNowa, Kat Scavenger, Aneyo, Yung Eternal Flowz, Prez uMongameli, Square Pantz, Cwas, Jinny Loco, Dr Mne, and PariCix.
To bring this vision to life, I collaborated with a powerhouse team of producers, featuring production by Hillz, Dr Wave, Sbuda Axe, Cwas, Blackspot Beats, Young C Beats, Tehtection Beats, and K-zen.
